We did not have time to call him every day with an update because we have so many customers. We call when the vehicle is assigned to a driver. Customers are welcome to call anytime to check status. Since it had taken 12 days to move the vehicle I offered Mr. Kraus the rate that is standard for expedited service.....$250 to be picked up in 3 days. This money goes directly to the driver NOT to Worry Free. We all use the same methods to find a truck. Future and current customers please note:
Estimated travel time for carrier trucks is longer than what it would take us to personally drive cross-country in our own cars. Carriers are restricted on how many hours they can drive per day and per week by the DOT. Therefore, carriers will only be able to get so far each day safely.
Keeping regulations and safety in mind, cross-country shipments normally take a driver 7-10 calendar days (CA to NY, etc.). So it would be completely within reason for a transport from MA to the east coast to take approximately 5 days.

On the 10th business day, Jamie was offered a full refund of her $100.00 deposit. She refused saying she still needed the vehicle moved. We added the deposit back into to the total paid to the driver as a "bonus" to get the car picked up. Her car was picked up on day 12 (which she agreed to) but at that time wanted her deposit refunded. This is not possible as it had already been paid to the driver. Also, we do not pay for rental car. This is clearly stated in our terms and conditions. A copy of which can be faxed. On 9/7 (after he knew he was getting his money back) he called his credit card company to get a charge back from them. So he knew he had gotten $200 from us but now is trying to get American Express to credit another $200 to his account. Working with Mr. Arya was an absolute nightmare!!!
