In rare cases things do take much longer due to many factors beyond our control. We explain this up front.The choice is then up to the customer. In this case the customer chose the economy service in June and cancelled the order in August. we offered them many choices in between but they would not work with us. [ More ] | | This customer placed the order online via a link.The quote was 4 months old at the time and the prices were no longer aligned with the market values.Once we realized what had happened we tried explaining this to the customer. He was not happy but agreed to priority service which is estimated at 1-5 business days. On the 7th business day he was lied to by another company and decided to cancel his order. This is why it is important to note that all time frames given by all companies are estimates only as we state clearly. Once the bad review was left we asked the customer to remove the review as we were still working to find him another truck. He refused and became very difficult to work with. There are factors beyond our control such as mechanical issues. It took us less than 3 days to find another truck and the customers vehicle is now on it's way to him.
