Review:	My car was not delivered on time and missed 2 delivery dates. I drove 500 klm to pick it up or it would have been another week or 2. When I picked it up it was in a towing yard in 2 inches of mud. I'm glad I picked it up that day as it snowed 10"... [ More ]
Response:	Vehicle was picked up in Michigan 2/26 and delivered to Montana location 2/28 for transport to Canada. 2/28 Email to Dave - Your vehicle arrived in Great Falls, MT this morning and ETA to St Albert by 3/6/12. Response: 2/28 Email from Dave - If these dates are correct we would not be able to take delivery of the car in Fort McMurray until April 2 as we leave for vacation on March the 7 and return March 25. When we first talked with Jeff he said if the car could not be delivered to me before I left on vacation you had a secure indoor storage facility for the car until I returned from vacation. Please confirm that this option is still available as I do not want this car outside in the snow and cold for this amount of time. Thanks ,best regards Dave. Vehicle was stored inside. It was loaded on top load each time it was put on the trailer. Vehicle was delivered to Edmonton 3/28 and waiting for Ft. McMurray truck. Customer requested delivery 4/3. It would not get there because Ft. McMurray truck was not going to get there until after that. Customer decided to get the vehicle instead of waiting for carrier to deliver. Turbo did everything we said we would and we cannot dictate weather or other carrier's schedules. We also cannot control where a vehicle is parked in someone else's storage yard. [ view ]
