and delivered This is the trucking industry accidents and delays do occur and we try our hardest to make the customer happy. Also in the review you mention that the car was picked up several days late . Yes we admit to that. It was picked up late due to a death in the family. Which we can not control. However what we did to make up time was expedite and get it delivered within the same time frame. Delivery was the same day as if it was picked up on the original date. Which i think is a great job considering the driver had a death in the family. I do see that ever day you were informed of the delay and spoke with numerous CS reps updated you over 3x a day. No where on our agreement does it guarantee a Date or a Direct Driver. We strive to do our best but bottom line we get the job done which we did. We are family owned and have drivers that work directly for us which separates us from most brokers. When an emergency Happens, Such As: Truck broke down or accidents we use our broker authority. We have even went as far to offer you money back and you declined! If you need anything call Transport Services and we will try our best to make every customer happy [ view ] |

How are we a Scam Company, We picked up you car with in the 3 day window and delivered your car on time!! Once again Great Service With Transport Services. We did our job and for this we get neg feedback and a disputed charge. This Customer Disputed his charge 2X and lost. Lets See if the banks agree that we did a great job and did everything we said then what could be the problem. This is the trucking industry not everything goes to plan. It clearly states in our Shipping Order Agreement that fuel may rise in some states and your may be charged for it. We price all of our loads near .40 Cents Per Mile and if gas goes up the trucker has to pay for it. If you would like to talk please call and ask for Jeremy and we can work something out for this fuel charge. We transported your Car from WA to CA. Pick up was on time and Drop off was On-time. Once again another Amazing Transport from Transport Services. However like we tell all of our customers this is the trucking industry and not everything works out perfect. We can not control if an act of God Happens . We are sorry that your windshield cracked, However we did fix it for free and we also REFUNDED YOU 170.00 WHICH WHAT WAS THERE COST OF THE INVOICE YOU SENT US FOR THE REPAIR AND CLEAN UP OF YOUR CAR. So Once again Transport Services went out of its way to give money back to the customer even know it was not our Driver that did the Damage and also there was no proof that this happen during our Transport at all. Nothing on the Bill Of Lading was marked that there was any damage on the windshield. And we Still replaced the window for free!! Some customers Just cant be pleased not only did he get his money back Lorry shipped another car with us and That transport Service Picked up and delievered on time. Here at Transport Services we go way above and beyond to please our customers!!!! Where it clearly states in our SHIPPING ORDER FORM THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIABLE OR ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY CAR WASHES RENTAL CARS HOTEL STAYS AND IF ANY DAMAGES HAPPEN WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE PROPER INSURANCE. Which you refused, So what did Transport Services do We PAID $ 170.00 out of our POCKET not the Drivers to please OUR customer!!! Once again you can see in the review P/u and D/O was both on time. Please to all future customers this is the Trucking Industry and accidennts do happen but one Promise we make to all of our customers is we will hold your hand through the whole way and tend to all your needs and make sure at the end of the Day that we try our best to please the customer!!!! We apologize that everything did not going accordingly too however you hired us to Transport Your car from AK to TX . It is not our fault that there has been some weather issues. The Driver has been fully paid for and the port as well. Everything you wanted us to do, we did. The only thing we apologize for is that in AK you had top meet the driver because the driver could not go on base or where you house was. However we are the one of the only companies that transport cars from Fairbanks to the States. Sergio, you set up your Transport on the 1/14/11 and received your car on 1/26/11. WOW !!!! Amazing Service 12 Days From AK to TX no other company can do that. For anyone who reads this response I hope you can see how people react when someone hires a company to move someone's car FROM ALASKA to TX in the weather we are having now and have it delivered in 12 DAYS !!!
You should be leaving us a 5 Star Review with the way the Economy is today. Its Customers like yourself that gives the transport industry a Bad Name . We would just like to start off by apologizing that not everything went accordingly to, However you set up your order 12/9/10 to ship your car from NV to FL. We tried calling you for a few days to get the pick up information from you so our driver can load the car. 2 days after you booked your order one of our drivers showed up to pick your car up. The driver works for Transport Services and was hired by Transport Services. When the driver showed up to load the car he noticed the car was filled to the top blocking all the windows. We are not a Household moving company. We allow you to have 100Lbs in the car with no Penalty. It is explained in our shipping order agreement that anything over will be charged. So not only did our driver show up in time but could not take the car because of the excessive weight that was loaded into the car. Our driver gave you the option to take the stuff out but you refused to do so. So not only did our company do our job but we are out money and have to pay a Dry Run Fee to our driver for going all the way out and loosing a spot on the truck. It states in our Order Form that a Dry run fee could be charged and we waived that for you. So if anything our company is out money.
Once again we are sorry that your transport did not go to as planned but this is the trucking industry not a household moving company. We understand your frustration but we are not in the business of scamming people there is a reason we have been the leaders in the industry for the past 3 Years.
