We try to do our best in satisfying our customers but do to bad weather there were some delays. Another thing we wanted to point out was that when we did have a driver we were unable to get a hold of the person at pick up so its company policy to make sure that everyone is on the same page and we were not going to send a driver out with no confirmation of someone being there. once we were able to get a hold of your point of contact at pick up everything was done in a timely manner. We strive to please all our customers and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but if we would of been able to communicate with your point of contact from the start we would of never ran into any issues. And as far as never picking up your calls we have recorded documents where we picked up every call you made to our company (including all emails). Now I see you also commented that we told you that drivers wanted to pick up larger vehicles before yours. I'm sorry no offense, but we would never say that because the fact is Carrier companies much rather take small vehicles vs larger ones because this way it leaves more room and capacity to load on other vehicles which means more $$$ to them. | Amateur Operation | | DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AMATEUR OPERATION. The only time the communication was good was when they were soliciting my deposit. My car sat on the national board for over two weeks and I was never contacted. The company uses gmail email addresses and the ... [ More ] | | Mr. Viveiros was contacted and updated step by step on his order via email and through our dispatch department every step of the way so i don't understand where we failed in communication. He was well aware at the time of booking that for the price he wanted to pay it was going to take some time to secure a driver. This was his option because he did not want to pay the standard shipping quote which we offered at the time of booking. We had drivers to pick up his vehicle and he never responded back. After he breached our contract by booking with another carrier while he was under contract with us was when he canceled his order with us. He was refunded his money minus cancellation fee which he was aware of at the time of cancellation. We are sorry that we were unable to satisfy this customer but sometimes we can only do so much if the client is not willing to cooperate during the shipping process. Our company strives to satisfy every single client and we have done so thus far as our reviews show. We will learn from this experience and will prevent from this happening again. [ view ] |
