Again I apologize for that and feel confident that the carriers that we use are top rated and was glad to know that your truck still was picked up, arrived in the same condition and even a few days early. Communication issues happen and being in the middle we do our best to stay on top of things as they happen. I know from many of the other reviews left for us and myself that this was an isolated incident.
