| DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY | | At first, this company seems nice and knowlegable. They lie and do not return phone calls. They took my credit card and said they would not charge it until it pick up was confirmed with the trucker AND with MEe. I cancelled the order after they said ... [ More ] | | This customer placed the order on Fri 10-11-11 and as soon as she did a driver called in and wanted the load. we then found out that the driver had a break on his ramp and could not load the vehicle over the weekend and told us he would pick up the car on wed as soon as they are done getting it fixed which the customer booked her order on a 1-7 day window which the driver would have been back there within that window. she said we would not return her calls that is completely not true we called her 3 times on sat and 2 times on sun and 2 on Monday and a email which she did not respond to at all or our calls to fill her in on what is happening so this review is just a customer upset that we will not refund her deposit because we are within agreement with her.
