Response:	Kevin's requested date of pick-up was for today. The following is my response to hime on Saturday: I have removed your posting from Central Dispatch, any problems in assigning a carrier to pick-up your vehicle on February 13, 2012 are a result of problems created by you and not by any actions on the part of Secure Car Transport LLC. Please review your Order Confirmation #1055 emailed February 10, 2012 at 1256 PST, specifically paragraph 3, which you have violated and reads as follows: "Please note that placing your order with multiple Brokers will result in a carrier refusing to acknowledge vehicle availability and result in a loss of any fees assessed." Your order placement with multiple Brokers may have caused problems with my company's standing with Central Dispatch and created problems with future postings and my ability to continue to conduct business in a professional manner. As a direct result of your actions, your initial payment of $175.00 will not be refunded and copies of all communications will be provided to your credit card company upon their request. [ view ]

Response:	Unfortunately, not every customer can be transported as fast as possible for any number of reasons. Mr. Draper was not issued a refund by the company because he notified his credit card company on September 1, 2011 to reverse the charges. We usually refund Broker Fees by check; however, I will not send a check after a client reverses charges. [ view ]
