Our record shows that he placed his order on 1/12, Tom spoke with him and verified his info then put out the word to all carriers. His car was dispatched to a carrier the next day, however, the carrier contacted us to say that Michael was claiming that he never placed an order. Tom then called him again to clear things up and our dispatch office did the same with the carrier. From there, everything went smoothly and there was no need for Tom to step back in to help.
