But they never come pick up my car on the date that we set up, not even call me and tell me, called them like 1000 times, left 100000 voice mail but... This is the worst company you could ever deal with! False promises that were never even remotely going to be made, extra charges to my credit card that still have not been credited back to the credit card. This comp... [ More ] | | Ms. Delks car arrived at port on 2/17, we had a driver scheduled to pick up on 2/22. The driver failed to pick up on that date and indicated he would pay storage charges until he could arrive for pick up of said vehicle a couple of days later.The driver again failed to perform as agreed and Ms. Delk went to pick up the car herself, not allowing Riley Auto time to replace the driver.
We regret this inconvenience to the customer caused by the driver and will certainly refund. [ view ] |
