With that said your initial quote was for $975 which is exactly what you paid. In our terms and conditions it states quite plainly that we take our fee at pick up via your credit card, and the remainder is due to the driver cash or certified funds upon delivery, this was also explained when you placed the order, hence why we took credit card information. Also, our fee was actually $233 but since the driver asked for more money to take your vehicle we actually gave them over 50% of our fee so we did not have to ask you for more money. When we told you we had a truck for you we did in fact explain this to you. If you read our Terms and Conditions this is all within the text. Also, the dates we give you for pick up and delivery are all estimated as there are far to many variables that are in play to guarantee anything. This to is in our Terms and Conditions. I feel we were not in the wrong as we did everything possible as did the driver to make sure we got your car to your son unharmed and for the price we quoted. Unfortunately these things do happen from time to time with drivers that tell us one thing and tell the customer another, its just the reality of the industry. In regards to us knowing that your car must be in Florida by a certain date, that is just something we do not promise, for the simple fact that we cannot guarantee dates as there are a million factors that come in to play such as weather, mechanical issues and traffic to name just a few and, we plainly state this in our Terms and Conditions.
