    Subject: Driven not Transported and Dishonest
    Review:Recovered Carriers LLC, Jude Stypa, was contracted by Evergreen Auto Transport, Stacey/Jerry, to transport my vehicle. The problem: my car was driven part of the way and damaged. The carrier also drove (thus far) through 2 toll booths and did not pay... [ More ]
    Response:This trainee was terminated for driving this customer's vehicle to get food while his lead driver was sleeping. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE DONE TO THIS VEHICLE WHATSOEVER. However, our policy CLEARLY states that driving ANY customers' vehicle for ANY personal reason is NEVER allowed. We did all we could do to prevent this, but unfortunately some of these so called drivers will interview great, but beware. This was ridiculous, we remain very sorry to this customer, but she has made it clear we will never live it down. [ view ]
