| No communication! Late delivery | | Communication was non-existent. I was told the car left Texas and was given a phone number to call to confirm the delivery date. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! Finally got a hold of someone who gave me a date of delivery - Saturday on a 3 day weekend... [ More ] |

| Overall good experience | | I liked the follow up exibited. Matthew was friendly and courteous. The only hitch I had was that originally, I agreed to a $395 charge for one vehicle.
