| Slow-Lied and Raised Quoted Price | | Stay Away, Matt Lied and told me that He Owed the truck and that I could trust him, BIG Lie.. I simply told you that you should put more money on the COD so that you could give more incentive for a carrier to move your vehicle since you wanted ASAP service and the quotes we give through our automated system are for 5-7 business days. Your route was difficult and that's why the carrier requested $50.00 dollars more to move your vehicle. In the end you were notified of the change before the car was picked up. As we had you re-posted on the board you booked with another broker at the same time. When we had your Van posted the other broker would post your Van for a 100COD more. You have to understand that all of us brokers use Central Dispatch and we in no way have control over specific carriers. However when you book with multiple brokers and have your car posted multiple times it makes our job more difficult. Please do not double book if you decide on shipping your car again. [ view ] |

We located a carrier for you that would have had your vehicle picked up and delivered for the time frame that you originally scheduled. The price was $75.00 more than you were originally quoted and that is why we contacted you to see if you still wanted your vehicle shipped. I called and explained to you how everything worked, and at the end of the day if you decide that you do not want to ship your car any more and this is after we have already assigned you a carrier, your deposit is not refundable. [ More ] | | We located 3 carriers for you over the course of 1 month. Your schedule did not allow you to be there when the carrier was going to arrive. On one occasion after we rescheduled around your convenience we found a carrier that was $50.00 dollars more than you were originally quoted. Please be mature about the issue and explain that you simply are one of those people that are never satisfied with anything. Regards.

You decided to cancel the transport of your vehicle on June 22nd, we can't refund the $200 deposit that you paid because of the costs involved in posting your car in various networks. Our networks that we use... [ More ] | | This client booked his Pontiac grand am with multiple brokers, which we didn't know at the time. He booked his car with several different brokers hoping to go with the one that found him a carrier first. This is fine, but if a client hasn't made up his mind about which company he will choose we would have not taken a deposit since we aren't sure of the outcome or his intentions to move his vehicle. We would simply compete and try to be the first ones to get this done for him and when we know that we are the company of his choosing we would take a deposit. The client Eric Mahame, wanted the lowest price but wasn't at the time to concerned with having an expedited pickup. His main goal was to have the car picked up in 7-10 days and in return save money. We priced his car accordingly and did everything we could to get his vehicle moved. When we located a carrier he decided to cancel since another broker said they could pick up his car before we could. This client needs to understand that if he makes a commitment with a company he needs to follow through with it. You shouldn't make a deposit with a company if you are still shopping around, because we put the work and effort in your transport, we don't work for free.- [ view ] |
