| Unreliable Service! Dont us this company! | | Premier Auto Transport Broker is a horrible company. They seemed to be a honest and reliable company due to their reviews but this isn't the case.I gave them $150 deposit a week in advance to ship my car May 14 2012. [ More ] | | i have been in contact with Megan every step of the way. and told here at the time of booking that i would refund her deposit at any time all that she needed to due was send an email requesting a refund witch she did not do nor did she ask for one over the phone. as far as her not6 being able to get a hold of me she would call after hours and i would get right back to her as soon as we opened. our contract sates that we have 2-4 days before and after the pick up date to assign a carrier to an account, and we are still with in that time frame. most of the time we don't need the full amount of time but there are time when there is limited carrier space and avlibelity. this time frame is told to all customers at the time of booking, sent to the customer in the customer agreement and posted on our website. | kyle hung up phone several times&car never delivered | | I was contact kyle@premierautotransportbrokers He required a 2 day interval the scheduled 1/18/12 to 1/20/12. He required a deposit immediately.
I did not receive a confirmation email detailing the scheduled pick up dates. once I was not contacte... [ More ] | | I never hung up on Ms. Sutton when we we where on the phone she would not let me speak or give her any info about what was going on with here file. she was told from the start that there is a two to four day window for pick up she was tol dt at the time of booking and the ifo is found in our contrct and posted on our website. There was a carrier due to pick up her car that was not abel do do so and i worked very hard to find a replacemnt carrier to transport her car. when i found a replacement carrier to transport her car she told me that she was no longer in need of transport and that somone was going to fly out and pick up her car. I am very sorry that she is not happy with the service and did evry thing that i could to work with her she was un-willing to let me speak while we hwere on the phone and i can do nothing for a custumer that is umwilling to let me help them. I FOUND A REPLACEMENT CARRIER VERY FAST AND HAD THEM ON THERE WAY TO PICK UP HER CAR THE ONLY RESON THAT HER CAR DID NOT GET TRANSPORTED IS THAT SHE CANCELLED THE TRANSPORT. [ view ] |
