We were told by merchant services depending on the card that was used it could take up to two weeks to post to his account. I was very apologetic and DID everything to ensure he got his money back. And he did and the reciept from merchant services gave it to him a week after his last email which was weeks before his review. This was an error and the error was fixed. We are not thieves or liars. I walked him through the whole process and told him we would love to help you but if you don't cancel the other contracts there's nothing we can do. He said he understood and yet never cancelled. Therefore I never posted his load and left him numerous messages stating the same. Never gave any pick up times at all. Did state that I could have it picked up and had a ballpark on the day but without him cancelling there's nothing I could do. [ view ] |
