| NEVER Use PDQ Auto Movers | | PDQ gave many false promises of how the whole process would work in order to win my business. Pick-up was horrendous and I wasted an entire day waiting for a truck. PDQ placed all blame on me and others. The car was not put on a truck at pick-up, li... [ More ] | | We must respond... No false information is ever given to our customers. We are a no pressure company. We explain the process thoroughly always. We also reiterate again and again that we are here to service our customers from 8am till 11pm each and every day of the week. Unfortunately, in Megan's case, she never contacted us to assist her when there was a problem until afterwards, when our hands were tied. We wish she would have contacted us earlier when we had the ability to contract another truck instead of waiting until after it left. Upon delivery, we contacted her to discuss the discount and she went off on a tirade of curses and screeching at us. Again, we are available until 11 at night to assist our customers. | sub contracting out transportation | | Don't use any company that sub-contracts out the transportation. Too many third parties get involved. I had problems with PDQ's sub-contractors but not the company itself. [ View ] | | WE Are very sorry for the way this transport turned out and will not be using that truck company again. Yes we are brokers as are 95% of the companies listed on transport reviews. When things went wrong for this customer we were there working for him all weekend. We answered all his phone calls and did our best to make this situation right.He was also given my personal cell number if there was a problem after we were closed at 11pm. Unfortunatly we could not make the truck driver understand that certified funds are a bank check not cash.
