Thank you for the great review. I never like to assign a driver to far in advance just because of situations like this. Unfortunately I did not follow my rule with your vehicle and ended up having a Fire Drill. Never a good thing! Your time frame was real tight also. That didn't help my situation at all. Thank goodness I was able to make this happen. These trucks never stop moving and as much as we try to do preventive maintenance, unfortunately there are somethings that you just can not prevent.

I just transported a 2010 oil leaker! Thank you so much for understanding that it is best to wash then to wipe the oil off your vehicle. I am sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience. I was unaware of any issues until I followed up with you. It is a shame that you never called me so I could of helped out. Moving cross country is always very stressful. If I would have known your schedule upfront, I would of told you that your expectations were unreasonable. There is so much that can happen that is out of the drivers control.
As for CAA, they move approx 100 - 150 vehicles every week. That equals on the low side 6,400 vehicles per year so for them to have 21 bad ratings out of 11,712 vehicles they have moved is a very good record. I wish you all the best ~ Joanne [ view ] |

| contacted MJ Parker but broker Co showed up | | I was hoping to ship my vehicle with a real trucking company instead of broker. Boy, they have few good reviews on this website; however, I was very disappointed with the whole process.
1. Never sent customer any contract or paper work to confirm t... [ More ] | | Fortunately out of all the vehicles that I have shipped and transported, you are only the second person I have come across that has not wanted to pay for a service provided. By not responding to the 4 emails and 2 voice messages does not mean that you do not have to pay. The driver confirmed the price before pickup. If you were not happy with the price, that would of been the time to say something. Your second option was not to let the driver pickup your vehicle if that is not what you wanted to pay. You allowed the driver to pickup your vehicle. What is one left to think???
Instead of resolving the issue, you chose to have a fire drill at time of delivery. You have left me with the impression that you thought you could pay the driver his $900 and not pay my fee. This is why you never responded to all those emails and voice mails I left you.

I am sorry that I was unable to move your vehicle. I tell every customer that if I do not have a driver assigned to your vehicle within 3 days, that I am turning the vehicle back to you. I did just that. I am not one to hang on to a vehicle only for it not to move. It is in your best interest that I do not hang on to your vehicle. The holidays did not help the situation. Most drivers took the holidays off and the market was flooded come the first of the year. I am sure the storm the first of the year did not help either.
