[ More ] | | When this was booked customer did not pay upfront she did a echeck( Which we do not accept but I made an exception as she said she would not have money to pay driver when he delivered ) that would not clear till Dec 15 her Pathfinder was to deliver Dec 12 and we were told it may need a jump. Driver did arrive there to pickup was told Pathfinder had 2 flat tires it could not be picked up as driver did not have a winch. In her contract it clearly states it the driver arrives and the vehicle is not as stated, running she will forfeit her refund. Driver DO NOT work for FREE they have their gas and time involved. She did do a charge back but lost as it was found we did nothing wrong. [ view ] |
