| Moving my new truck | | Contacted this company to move my new truck, after 10 days, nothing. Emailed Robert several times before he finally answered, said he was out of office but would check on it right then, nothing happened. Got an email from Rachel after cancelling sayi... All the terms and the conditions were explained upon reservation and were provided in wiring to the customer.
We will be more then happy to provide a copy of the signed contract to proof that he approved the dates.

| I wish I had found this site before I contacted New Way movers | | I am a business professional who needed two cars moved, one from NJ to CA. and one from CA to NJ.
I was contacted by a number of car transporters and chose New Way because of the price.
Robert assured me that the move would be seamless. I trusted ... [ More ] | | The customer CANCELLED her contract with New way moving , dispute the charge on her credit card and continued calling here requesting us to move her car.
Well we are NOT working for free and im sure that the customer don't as well therfore all her review is one big lie and fulse.
We have all the calls recorded and everybody are more then welcome to contact us and ask to hear the recording.
We had explained the customer NICLEY that we will deal with her credit card company but she insisted to continue the conversation.

As explained black on white on the contract there are 5-7 days for pick up there is NO guarantee on pick up dates unless the customer is paying extra for that which she didnt.
The customer cancelled within the agreed window for pick up that why she is the one who breached the contract.
The customer was leaving messages over the weekend when the office was closed and her messages were retunr the following business day.

You know that you were the one who breached the contract, changed your story over and over.
We will have all your emails availbal to whoever want to see them to proof that we at NEW WAY did everything right.
You even mention over the phone that you had signed the contract without even read it first, well you blame us for your mistakes.
We as an honest company had provided you 3 pages of contract which you accpet, and a copy will be available for review, so nothing was hide.
Our leagl dept,. will take it from here. It is very easy to go online and write a bad review instead of telling the truth!!!!
We have all the emails and the call log it was your mistake take responsibilty.
Diffrent from other companies all the reviews are real and we can provide the customers name and files number.
