| Misleading and VERY RUDE | | Because so many others had given Montway such good reviews, I chose them with confidence to transport our family heirloom 1929 Ford Model A from Arizona to Washington State.
My experience started off fine, and i called to follow-up after booking ... [ More ] | | Well, there is a reason for the good reviews and it's simply because we do a good job. Yes, sometimes things are not working out in a perfect way, but that is absolutely normal. In the transport business there are many things we can't control such as weather, people, break downs etc ...
In this specific case, we did NOT promise the customer anything particular dates and everyone can go on our website, get the price and see that we don't provide exact dates - it's an estimate.
Anyhow, the customer was pushing us to meet a deadline and we've informed her several times that for enclosed transport sometimes it takes a little longer...
To prevent further frustration for her and for us, we've canceled the order and refunded the deposit immediately. This is what an honest business would do and we certainly don't deserve the negative rating.
