We were unable to meet his timing with the open carrier and offered him enclosed shipping. The car was loaded soon after and delivered on time. We apologized for the problems. | Disappointing for a BBB A+ rating | | I had a very bad experience with Momentum Auto Transport. Momentum's support and customer service we excellent for the odering and scheduling of my pick-up. I was told that the trucking company would be contacting me to coordinate a pick up of my 2... [ More ] | | This review speaks for itself, we did a great job at pickup and delivery, Mr. P did ship his car open transport across country, I am not sure any transport company can insure a clean car after a 2550 mile trip. Yes Mr. P's car did get a few scuff marks on the roof, Momentum Transport took care of all of the damages and fee's. As far as the communication, Mr. P's agent was on vacation at the time of delivery and Momentum Transport claims department did its best in communicating. | Not Satisfied | | I did not have a good experience with this company.
I was told by the agent that my car would be delivered in 3 to 5 days.However, it took 12 days !! My whole schedule was messed up.Because I was moving to CA,I had to book flights earlier,rent an ... [ More ] | | Our company did an outstanding job on the car picked up in Massachusetts and delivered to Central California over 3,000 miles. We deployed our best team of drivers in order to expedite the move for the customer. Unfortunately, in late March, there was a major snowstorm in Wisconsin which shut highway 80 down for 3 days. We originally quoted 7-10 days, which is reasonable for a coast to coast transport, but our drivers were delayed for 3 days as the roads were closed. The car was delivered in 11 days, but considering the Wisconsin Road closures, we were proud of our drivers. We did not quote 3-5 days on a 3.000 mile trip as this is obviously impossible to achieve. We stayed in constant communication with the customer throughout the entire process and did our best to make this customer happy. [ view ] |
