[ More ] | | This Review Posted is 100 percent not true and if your a customer i will gladly send you our concrete proof this guys is a liar, unfortunately this forum allows customers to come here and just say about anything they want to make us look unprofessional and they think they can get away with it. This is what really happened here. This Customer Hired us to find him a Carrier to haul 7 cars and 2 mini vans first available date for pick up was on a may 13th Friday there were no 10 car hauler trucks in Shreveport, LA going to Kearney, NE very tough route, On friday the customer first date available i called him directly and told him all that was available was a 7 car hauler and another smaller truck, so since the customer insisted on all the vehicles need to be picked up by monday three day window from Friday we had no choice but to use what was available in that area and we split the load in two in which he agreed was fine he allowed them to load this way. when the drivers delivered the vehicles he gave the first driver (7 Cars) a check for $3000.00 and the second driver with the 2 vans $700.00 (check) he waited until they both left the property after delivery safe and sound and stop payment robbing both drivers and right now as we speak still has not paid anything but our fee witch was $450.00 and he is on here ranting and raving about he got robbed 6800 dollars and all this other BS lets See facts buddy. This guy not only is going to be sued but also may go to jail for defrauding the drivers. i can supply all docs and drivers numbers. this review is outrageous and will be removed. | CON ARTIST AND DISHONEST | | Do not use this company! Mike, supposedly the owner, quoted $1500 for car transport Florida to Utah. Never told me would be COD. Took $250 deposit, then the driver (during transport!) tells me $2300 COD!! No $2300, no car....called Mike and he sa... [ More ] | | This customer forgot to mention there car has a value of $200,000 Dollars it's a Bentley. There whole review is very misleading and just not the truth, you can call me anytime directly and i always answer all your questions we have the best commutation in the industry with our clients. They came to us after trying to move the vehicle for over a month with other companies and could not because of the insurance liability issue. the driver we found, after calling and faxing at least 35 drivers and yes we do not just throw you on a board we call drivers all day long working very hard for customers to earn our money. the driver had to call his insurance carrier an update his policy Not Free" just to be able to cover there Vehicle so that increase her price from 1500 to 2300 the driver and no other driver would do it for less due to the value of the car being Six figures way to much liability. We can not forecast insurance not covering high value cars or do we Know how much that costs the drivers. 99.9% of our orders have no problem and we just started to have our customers come here to this site so our reviews can reflect the great job we do on each and everyone customer who books with us and we have moved over 2000 vehicles in the past 2 months and have great references. [ More ] | | We charge a customer as soon as we dispatch you out to a driver for transport this is told to all of our customers over the phone and is in our agreement in which this customer signed for twice. the driver booked the pick up 7 days out but did agree to do the job. Drivers do door to door but have restrictions and we can not control that if your in a restricted area or the drivers feels they will damage cars on the truck or the truck itself due to low tress etc. they will not drive into these area. Northern California is very tricky for drivers but they do there very best to accommodate. This customer change both locations after they were dispatched to a driver. that's what change there price. another review allowing a customer to say whatever they need to to make themselves fell better but still not true. bottom line this customers car was transported across the country at a great price was picked up by a professional driver and delivered in the exact same condition it was loaded up in.
