California is very backed up right now, thus, this was a hard transport to arrange. I'm sorry you felt we were not attentive enough to your situation. Typically we do not call our customers everyday unless we have status updates for them. Just becuase you did not hear from me everday does not mean i was not working on your file. Due to your dilgence, in regards to your contact with me i thought our communication went well. The car was picked up a few days later however I have no control over the drivers schedule when he gets delayed.
