The original quote I received from you, was for open carrier. The $149 difference in price was best dispatch price for an open carrier for your availability restrictions. A carrier will NOT accept a vehicle for an enclosed transport at an open carrier rate. Enclosed transports are more money. And this is when you got upset and cancelled.
