| DONT go through a brokerage- do your homework!! | | I got a quote from this company 3 months before I needed shipping. I thought that doing this ahead of time, I would get a better price and would have no problem getting it picked up on time. DEFINITELY not the story. My car was scheduled to be picked... [ More ] | | Victoria's car was picked up early and delivered on time. We called her with an option 4 day BEFORE her pick up not after. We simply gave her an option to add some money to the route to get it moved earlier as she requsted. We had a driver with an open spot on his truck and he was going to California but a spot that was 150 miles away from hers. We then simply called her an gave her an option for an additional $50.00 NOT "$350.00" it can be picked up earlier. She then approved of that and agreed to use that carrier if it could pick her up earlier which it did. Her car was ultimately picked up earlier than we expected ( which she requeted a pick for ASAP ) and droped off on time and safely. We did not force her to spend any extra money all we did was exersice every possible option to get her car moved as soon as we could. [ view ] |

WE DO HAVE A GREAT RATING ON THE BBB AND TRANSPORT REVIEWS AND TRANSPORT REPORTS FOR A REASON. WE ARE A VERY HONEST,FAIR AND HARD WORKING COMPANY. MARISOL REQUESTED AN ENCLOSED CARRIER AND GOT ONE. THE DRIVER'S CARRIER WAS OVER 90 FEET LONG. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY IN THE WORLD HE OR ANY OTHER CARRIER COULD HAVE MADE IT TO HER EXACT HOME ADDRESS. WE TOLD HER THAT MAY HAPPEN DUE TO THE SIZE OF THE CARRIER AND HER LOCATION AND SHE SAID SHE UNDERSTOOD. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE DRIVER HE ASKED HER TO MEET HIM WITHIN A HALF MILE OF HER HOME ADDRESS, WHICH IS VERY REASONABLE DUE TO HIS CARRIER SIZE AND HER EXACT LOCATION. MARISOL STATES THAT NO ONE RETURNED HER CALLS. I PERSONALLY SPOKE TO HER AND SO DID OUR DRIVER AND ARE SALES REP AS WELL. WE TOLD HER FROM THE START THIS ROUTE TAKES ABOUT 5-9 DAYS THIS TIME OF YEAR AND WITH THE WEATHER AND TRAFFIC IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GIVE ANY EXACT DATES. THE ONLY TIME THE CAR WAS DRIVEN WAS THE LOADING AND UNLOADING PROCESS. WITH THESE CARRIERS SIZE AND CERTAIN CUSTOMER LOCATIONS SOMETIMES MEETING THE DRIVER WITHIN A HALF MILE OF THE HOME ADDRESS IS NECESSARY. WE DID HAVE COMMUNICATION WITH HER DURING THE TRANSPORT.WE TRIED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH MARISOL BUT WHEN SHE MADE THE REQUEST THAT WE PAY HER MORE THEN WHAT THE TRANSPORT COST, SHE WAS BEING UNREASONABLE AND UNFAIR. WE TRIED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT BECAUSE WE ALWAYS WANT OUR CUSTOMERS TO BE HAPPY BUT SHE WAS TRULY BEING UNREALISTIC WITH HER REQUEST FOR US TO MAKE IT RIGHT.
