In reality, they do this because they lack the necessary experience, resources, and most of all, self-confidence in their abilities to successfully perform their required duties. So they utilize the "no upfront deposit" gimmick" to lure customers in the door. So what we have did was started Koban Logistics to show how a start up and a show you how its done. Koban DOES require an upfront deposit. Why? Because not only does this instill commitment on behalf of both the customer and company, but it establishes a legal basis for which a service is to be performed. Would an attorney take on a case without first securing a client's retainer? Of course not. When should the deposit be charged? That depends. Normally, a deposit is taken upon booking the order. However, on certain more difficult routes, it is done once the carrier is actually secured. Never, under any circumstances, do we wait until a vehicle is loaded onto the carrier's truck. The reason being is that there are many cases where a credit card is declined, and chasing broker's fees is certainly not our idea of running a productive business. In ascertaining whether or not to give a company an upfront credit card deposit, a customer's foremost criteria should be the company's reviews, particularly the negative ones. And of course, consideration should be given as to whether or not a pattern exists where most of the reviews are compensated (indicated by a green dot next to the reviewer's name - although sometimes the reviewer checks the compensated box by mistake).Koban history illustrates that our successful track record of moving vehicles is second to none. We do our best to try and transport your vehicle but the end result, we as brokers do not have control over the availability of the carriers or the price they will take for a load on a given route. I would also like to apologize for the vehicle being a day late on pick up and a day late on delivery but we had used this carrier many times previously and all delivery's were on time with no issues. With that said please take into consideration that there are many factors that can delay a carrier. Some which are out of their control as well. Sathish Gangichetty then said ok. once Sathish Gangichetty said okay teddy ask him for the pick up address.Sathish Gangichetty then gave it to him. Then teddy ask for the drop off address then Sathish Gangichetty gave it to him. once the pick and drop off address was recored teddy the ask Sathish Gangichetty if he had a fax machince or scanner Sathish Gangichetty said no not at the time. So teddy then said okay no problem we can recored the payment over ther phone. Next Sathish Gangichetty gave his card information starting with name on card, billing address, card number. once the payment was taken. An email was sent to Sathish Gangichetty of the charge. The same night Koban found Sathish Gangichetty a driver. However the next day sathish a left a bad review then called and said he didnt need our serivce. Once he left a bad review he then called and said he dont want our service. Sathish Gangichetty this review is not good because not only did koban found you a driver with 10 hours of booking but also gave you refund which you have confromation for.
