We apologize for the delay, however you do not have a complete grasp on the entire situation. The only reason we billed your credit card was because we had a driver assigned to pick up your vehicle. However due to the recent winter weather in the north the driver assigned had an issue with the truck and this is why your vehicle was not picked up. Since then we have been trying to get the vehicle re-dispatched. We also informed you that the rate that you requested from us was low and needed to be adjusted. You stated that you did not want to pay anymore and that you would go somewhere else if you had too. Customer service has been in contact with you on several occasions informing you of the situation with respects to the shipment. Furthermore let it be known that your amount of $3490.00 is highly inaccurate, the actual amount is $900.00 for the inland transport. The balance of $2590.00 is to be paid DIRECTLY to the steamship line that will transport provide ocean freight to Guam from California. As General Manager I have ordered this shipment canceled and we will refund your $900.00 and you will have to find someone else to ship your vehicle.

The ''broker'' Ana Garcia does nothing but sits in a cubicle all day emailing you back and forth with useless information onmy car that was never shipped. I originally signed a contract on November 22, 2010... [ More ] | | Kristin,
We assigned a driver to pick up your car. After speaking with the 3rd party driver, he informed us that he called you and informed you that he would be there later that evening to pickup your vehicle. He then told us you called him back several hours later informing him that you would not be able to meet him until the next morning. The driver could not wait for you, subsequently we had to dispatch another truck. The second driver tried to reach you to inform you of the pickup and you could not be reached. We then offered to send a 3rd truck but you decided to cancel the services. We do not understand how all of this is our fault as our logistics services have been rendered. Our customer service group made SEVERAL attempts to reach you on the only phone number you provided for us to absolutely no avail.
In all honesty we have made 2 attempts to pickup your car and we were not late for the pick up until today, which again was not our fault as the driver could not reach you. You were VERY difficult from the beginning, using profanity with Ms. Garcia who has done everything she could to assist you. We have processed the order cancellation and will give you a full refund on 12-6-2010.

| BEWARE!!! | | I was extremely disgusted with how long it took them to pick up my car, after lying that they would pick it up within 3 days. They eventually ended up increasing the price by about $200 and then could only get the car transported after about 30 days!... [ More ] | | We apologize for the difficult experience. However please understand that the vehicle you asked us to pick up was not as described properly and this is what caused your delay and an increase in the price. | Never picked up car!!!!!! | | I was taking my daughter to college from PA to OR and wanted her car shipped in time for our arrival. The company suggested a time when it should be picked up. We went with their recommendation and signed the contract, it was a good price compared t... [ More ] | | Due to the complex timing you needed, you were informed on the phone, in the original quote and on your agreement the dates were estimated. Based on those estimated dates and and according to our records you were informed that there was a 1 day delay with the pick up schedule. However after only 1 day of deviation from the estimated pickup dates, we had a truck that was able to pick up the vehicle but you decided to cancel. Also after further investigation we show that you DOUBLE BOOKED your order with another company and this always causes a pickup delay. Your cancellation and your double booking of the order with another company is why your vehicle was never picked up by us. You also failed to mention that your vehicle became inoperable, which means a different truck has to be dispatched. Furthermore your credit card was not charged by us as we DO NOT charge customer credit cards until the vehicle is dispatched for pickup. Interstate Auto Movers move more than 1000 vehicles per month and from time to time there will be a small delay, 90% of the time these delays that are not our fault. However we always have to take the blame for customer errors. Not providing us with the required details such as vehicle status will also cause these delays.

I entered into a contractual agreement with Interstate Auto Movers that included a pick-up date between 6/24 - 6/28/10 to move my car from Rochester, NY to Littleton, CO. When my car wasn't picke... At that time we informed you more than once that there was a delay with the truck due to a mechanical failure, we also informed you more that once that we had 2 possibilities of other trucks being available to pick up the vehicle. Liars and Thieves We Are Not !
We did not leave your family stranded for 10 days. If you were to take a brief moment to see that the pickup dates assigned to your were "estimated". We made our best attempt to pickup your vehicle but what many customers such as yourself do not understand is these trucks are not sitting around waiting for a customer, they are constantly moving. Michigan is a VERY difficult state to schedule moves, not only for us but for ANY company in the industry today.
We need to seek the truck that is nearest to your location heading to your destination and if it takes a few days more than anticipated this is because your pickup or delivery is in an area that is not frequently traveled. We apologized to you and informed you that this is something that happens 1 out of 50 or so moves. Furthermore we did not charge you any additional money as you stated and we have successfully moved your vehicle. Again, customers such as yourself need to realize that there are also scheduling issues and delays due to mechanical failures and customer caused delays, such as double booking. We apologize for this inconvenience but again, your vehicle has been delivered as promised.

| stay away!! | | I signed the contract as explained to me by Ana, and gave them a deposit on my VISA acct on Feb. 9th. I was given a 3 day window for pick up, Feb 19th, 21, or 22.So far, so good. However, no one called to arrange for pick on those days, and no one ca... [ More ] | | This customer is not telling the entire truth. She forgot to mention that we dispatched her car 3 different times and she rejected 2 of them and the 3rd was canceled due to the heavy winter storm which was beyond our control. Understanding this we gave her a full refund without hesitation but she also made a charge back and attempted to get double her money back. We are now discussing this with the CC company and the charge back will be reversed in our favor.
