Response:	"Con Men" is a very strong term when the person accusing our company is himself going by an alias. This customer, who only identifies himself by "Louie", was canceled by our company. The customer was belligerent with staff- and exaggerated problems. The driver was late on an initial appointment- we admit that- but the contact at pickup made no attempt to alleviate the situation as the driver was only 10 minutes late. The contact decided to leave. When the facts were checked with pickup contact it turned out "Louie" made up problems which did not even occur and scream obscenities at our driver.When the owner of our company attempted to call and offer a discount and incentives on a future order, the customer responded by ignoring his phone and then cursing out staff members when we finally got thru to him. The owner of our company attempted to speak to the customer but customer wanted to scream at staff and threaten employees including the owner, who was only trying to make him happy. We have both documentation and recorded phone conversations if anyone desires proof. We do not put up with belligerence and bullying. We initiated the cancellation due to the customer's belligerence.
