| Great Service even though my car was damaged. | | My car was timely picked up and delivered. The main reason I may not use this company again is when it arrived I noticed my alignment was severely off. It makes my car quite unpleasant to drive now. Sorry to hear about the allignment issue but I can't see how the truck could have caused it. The only time your car was driven, was on and off of the truck by the driver. | WORST COMPANY EVER | | THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. WHEN THE DRIVER CAME TO PICK UP THE 2 VANS, IDEAL HAD GIVEN HIM THE WRONG INFORMATION AND HE COULD NOT GET THEM. THEY WERE TOO BIG. WE HAD TO USE ANOTHER COMPANY IN ORDER TO GET THE VEHICLES HERE. WHEN IDEAL W... [ More ] | | What would be our motive in giving the driver the wrong information? You were not honest with us about the size and model of the vans, we sent a driver and he couldn't take them. We would have been happy to find another truck for you, despite the previous event but you had already made other arrangements. Paragraph #10 in our terms and conditions (which you signed and sent back to us) CLEARLY states when a driver is assigned and sent out, you are no longer eligible for a refund. I personally spoke to you on numerous occasions.. saying that you couldn't reach anyone at our company is a complete fabrication. When you hire an accountant to do work for you and then you decide to go with another one, do you call the previous one asking for a refund on work that he has already done for you?
