| Car treated like scrap metal | | I had a classic car purchased at auction shipped cross-country by Geo Express. I was told they would pick up the car with a winch. Instead they had the auction lot put the car on the carrier with a forklift like it was one of the totalled scrap cars.... [ More ] | | I spoke to Ethan and i explained to him that there is no way for us to use our winch in IAA they load using a forklift, plus they charged the driver $20 as loading fee, that's how they deal with their service. and no new damaged was caused by us; all the paper work been faxed to Ethan. the drivers were good in English, but maybe a little hard to understand them. we picked up exactly on 3/6/2012 as they asked us to do and they asked delivery no later than 3/13/2012 and we delivered 3/12/2012. | Gouges on hood | | Geo was late to pick up and drop off my car, and when they did finally drop off my car there were significant gouges on the hood of my car down to the metal, but they delivered it after 9 pm so I couldn't see them. | Terrible - NEVER USE! | | This company used another shipping company to collect the deposits, picked up randomly whenever the driver was free - threatened to leave without my car. Then arrived early at 9 am on a SUNDAY and expected me to have cash on hand. He never mentioned... [ More ] | | We never used any other companies to do our job; maybe that was our local truck small towing truck under the name of Geo Express, Inc.
i am sure its a miss understanding only; we never threatened to leave vehicles behind, and i am sure that you wanted him to wait for you and he couldn't wait that's all, sometimes its just a misunderstanding only and for future please for all of my customers any issue call the office and will solve everything and will take care of any issues, we want our customers to be happy and we really care about them, sometimes its too much information for the driver since he deal with at least 7 cars. and we have to excuse them as we want people to excuse us when we forget to do something as a humans. and about the payment you made no common sense saying you have no cash ready for a truck scheduled to be there delivering your car. u know your car been picked up and about to arrive there, as an adult you should have money ready just to save your time running to an close by banks.
