| Car treated like scrap metal | | I had a classic car purchased at auction shipped cross-country by Geo Express. I was told they would pick up the car with a winch. Instead they had the auction lot put the car on the carrier with a forklift like it was one of the totalled scrap cars.... [ More ] | | I spoke to Ethan and i explained to him that there is no way for us to use our winch in IAA they load using a forklift, plus they charged the driver $20 as loading fee, that's how they deal with their service. and no new damaged was caused by us; all... The equipment used to carry the bike was in very good condition. | Gouges on hood | | Geo was late to pick up and drop off my car, and when they did finally drop off my car there were significant gouges on the hood of my car down to the metal, but they delivered it after 9 pm so I couldn't see them.
