Review:	My car was delivered to the wrong city and the company refused to compensate me for the cost of renting a car to go get my car. Very rude and did not even apologize. The company is good if nothing happens but if anything goes wrong, they will leave... [ More ]
Response:	this vehicle was picked up and delivered as instructed by the customer and as promised by our company. We are not responsible for a customer's failure to sufficiently notify the company of a change in plans after fully scheduling out the entire trip, nor are we responsible for the $100+ cost of rental vehicles incurred by the customer due to their own mistakes.
