| Worst Service...Never Again | | Never again. The worst carrier and the worst broker combination
I had to go to them due to issues with late pickup with other broker. But i regret my decision.
The vehicle was picked up late and they kept on asking for extra money to have it picked... [ More ] | | all I have to say about this situation is the customer created it by doing something we specifically tell anyone not to do, dont load your car with personal items...BY DOT regulations drivers are not supposed to carry any personal items in the vehicles. for security reasons as well as weight restrictions. This is a case where someone tries to play the system and didnt like the outcome. WE tell everyone the same thing. NO you can not load your car, drivers can refuse pick up or demand more money, in his case both. our deposit was 150.00 and it did not change, his transport cost changed because he was not honest about the condition of his vehicle. Kapil, you did this to yourself. BTW, through the whole ordeal we were there to take phone calls from the client, call the carrier for him several times and ultimately work out them picking up the car as long as the customer signed a waiver not holding the driver liable should something happen to the his property or the car's interior due to shifting items. If that makes us a bad broker Ill take it. we worked every angle to get him service. [ view ] |

| car damage | | My car was picked up on time and delivered on time but had damage upon arrival. A large stone chip is in the windshield and no one knows anything about it. The previous owner says there was no chip in the windshield which the pick up driver did not n... 6/30 After getting all the Facts from both the driver and the client, we find that the vehicle was bought($$) from someone in MI and was delivered to a Body Shop in OH to be worked on (not to Jim) and he(Jim) didnt lay eyes on the vehicle for several days later. Driver's Condition report shows no damage at pick up and more important no Damage Noted by the Body shop when the Vehicle was accepted. In a situation like this, its hard for anyone to determine where anything could have happened to the vehicle. But My guess is...it could have happened in someone elses possession, since the driver has evidence it didnt happen on his truck. An more important, as a Broker, Fast Auto Movers, Never physically handles or touches any vehicles.............................latest update..............7/2 Tried to call Jim About his situation, especially after he and the driver spoke...left my cell number and Office number...still no call back.
