EZ Auto Carrier, Inc., is a creditable auto shipping company that have a list of over 500 trucking companies in their network. Customers will never lose their deposit with us. The only way that any of our customers deposit is not refundable is if, they double book with another carrier, before canceling their order. However, they will receive credit in the amount of their deposit for any future auto shipping needs. EZ Auto Carrier, Inc., will also post the vehicle for pick-up without a deposit. The deposit will be come due when we dispatch the order to the trucker and the customer has received phone confirmation.     Response:EZ Auto Carrier, Inc., dispatched Patrick Morris order to a trucker that spend over $4.00 per mile to go to pick-up his vehicle to only find out that his vehicle was an over sized F150 with top metal rack that were over 9ft tall. When he call to make the deposit Patrick stated that his F150 was 6ft.Tall with a rack. Our agent, Josefina provided him with a quote for a regular F150 with a metal rack. Our trucker arrived on time and the only reason that the trucker did not load his truck was because it simply did not fit. Commercial carrier's can only carry vehicles that are under 9ft. tall. If, Patrick Morris would had been honest in the first place we would had provided him with a special carrier that was able to transport vehicles that are over 9ft.tall. Truckers are not in the business of driving over 10 or 20 miles not loading vehicles. They want to make money just like any other business. In addition, our agent did refunded Patrick Morris' deposit, even in light of the fact that Patrick made a material misrepresentation about his vehicle. Our trucker's have families too Patrick! Every time customer's like you make a material misrepresentation just to save a couple of bucks it hurt our business. Next time be honest! Honesty Pays Off! [ view ]

    Response:EZ Auto Carrier,Inc., did not refund this customer's money because he double booked his auto shipping with another company, before he canceled his order with us. Our terms & condition are very clear, and are posted for the general public. We ask Tony that if, he email us proof that he did not book with another carrier before he had cancel his order with us we would provide him with a refund. He emailed us the booking statement from another shipping company, that actually confirmed that he indeed double booked. His excuse was that he had booked only 30mins before cancelling with us, which was not the case. Our record show the fact in this case and this customer breached our terms and conditions. Our agent Josefina is a very nice person that is working hard to make a living just like you Tony! She is honest and worked very hard to find you a trucker. The other broker was also unable to find Tony a trucker because Josefina was telling you the truth. There were NO trucker's in route into the state. Our agent, Josefina was nice enough to suggest that we issue Tony a refund anyway, which we are considering , but not, before he makes it right and writes a truthful review and offer an apology to Josefina from making that defamatory statement!     Response:EZ Auto Carrier, Inc., refunded this customers deposit. Moreover, the credit card that this customer used was in his wife's name. We were unable to issue a refund within 5 days because the order and all relevant documents were in the customer's name not his wives name. We had to get in touch with his wife to get her credit card information and match the transaction before the deposit was issued. Moreover, we did get a trucker for this customer and his wife called us refusing the trucker. The problem with this order was that we were not dealing directly with James, but rather, a middle person his wife that was unreasonable and verbally abusive! We really do not want to have anything to do with customers that have a very bad mind set. Good Luck to James and we wish you a happy life! [ view ]
