I had asked Elite Auto Carriers to transport the vehicle in an enclosed container. I explained to Jeff (Elite Auto) that I needed the car to be picked up on Thurs Nov 19, 2009 because I would fly out ... [ More ] | | I apologize that you feel we didn't honor any commitment. However, it states very clear in writing on the contract you signed that we do not guarantee dates. We did have a driver dispatched to pick up your vehicle on the 19th. But do to unforseen circumstances he was running behind schedule. We understood you had to catch a flight and suggested leaving it at a terminal to make sure we got it done and you caught the flight. It was only 30 minutes away. We even offered to pay for a taxi back to your hotel and apologized for the inconvenience but the car would definitely get picked up the next day. We made all attempts to get this done for you and went above and beyond for you but you didn't want us to get it done. In the end we do apologize. [ view ] |

| VA simple car transport | | After having a major accident on a highway in VA, I can honestly say that dealing with Elite Auto was WORSE than the accident. We contacted several companies to transport my car from southern VA to northern VA (~6 hrs driving). Elite Auto had the l... The customer admitted to booking with both companies only after I put a representative from CD Auto Transport and him on a three way call. The customer's car was listed on Central under CD Auto Transport (for a higher price) and my company, Elite Auto Carriers. By him listing his car with both companies, it led to a bidding war. This made it difficult to locate a driver. The customer was aware of the double booking fee, as it states clearly in our terms and conditions (which he signed). I also verbally discussed the double booking fee which made him irate and verbally abusive. I have all proof and documentation that he booked with CD Auto Transport and my company.
