I would like to say again that after I spoke with you three times yesterday, Nikki spoke with you about four times about this issue that we were getting the information to you as quickly as possible. Your vehicle was delivered yesterday morning, and you wanted information right there on the spot. Unfortunately we have to have that information pulled from the dispatch department. Nikki called you last night and left you the name and number of the carriers insurance so you could call and file a claim. Yes I did suggest that if you were not happy with those results you should call USAA and inform them of the situation so they were informed.
It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carriers insurance. We cannot do that for you as its not our vehicle. We are not responsible for the damages to the vehicle as we did not move the vehicle. Please see our terms and conditions:
11. All claims for damage must be taken up directly with the carrier, and if there is any damage, the liability for damages lies solely with the carrier. DAT will assist client with necessary carrier information (name, phone numbers of that particular motor carrier used for transport).
We spent hours yesterday trying to help you with this situation which should show our customer service level. Please do not rate Nikki's customer service poorly because of the carriers mistake. She did everything she was suppose to do given your situation. Please continue to contact their insurance company as I told you on the phone, we will help you in anyway that we can, but again you have to be the one to file the claim. Also as I told you on the phone yesterday, I agree with your decision to not make money from the carrier, and to file a claim, I would have done the same thing.
If anyone reading this has any questions about this rating I would be happy to explain briefly how insurance works should there be damage. My name is Kimberly and I am the manager here. Nikki was his representative and she did everything correct with this customer and her customer service was far above even my expectation. This carrier has been put on a black list and will not be used with any of our companies again. Again we apologize for the carriers mistake, but please do not rate our customer service as the same as the carriers accident. They are completely different. I am confused by this review. I went out of my way to make sure that i found a carrier to meet your deadline for delivery. You had a window of delivery before 11/8 or 11/11-11/14. That puts the carriers on a very tight schedule. Unfortunately things happen on the road that sometimes delay shipments. I'm unsure why you were upset by this because the carrier delivered your car on your preferred day 11/7 with no delays. When i spoke with you upon delivery you seemed very happy and did not inform me of any complaints. All in all, i saved you money and met your time frame. I feel disheartened by the comment less involved than i had hoped or needed. Anytime you had a question i answered it promptly and professionally.

Thank you for being so patient in this transportation process. As I had stated the carriers provide us with estimated dates for pick up and delivery. They gave us the estimate of 7-10 days, and delivered in 10 days. I did explain that to you a few times via email. You were also provided their contact information so you could check their status anytime you wanted. I am sorry they took their full 10 days to deliver the vehicle, but again its the trucks estimates not ours. I have the emails to prove that my customer service was above and beyond. I am sorry that you do not feel that all of the information was communicated to you, but the terms were 7-10 days for the estimate and that was met, I was in contact with you via email every time you had a question, and got back to you with the answer as soon as I knew anything.
