You had made an agreement with me not to slander our firm if you got your move for free- So, I held up my end and returned all of your money and you still wrote this negative review about us. Your wife was kind enough to call and apologize, and let me know that you were upset because your daughter had failed or missed a class at college and needed to return right back to the origin which was very upsetting to you and let me know how much she appreciated everything. You asked me to take the vehicle back for free and got very upset when I let you know that the truck was already fully loaded going back & that we couldn't do it for free as asked.
