| Awful | | From the late pickup to the late delivery everything was bad. I paid over $300 more than competitors were paying as I was assured my car would move on time. It was in conjunction with a military move so time was most important. I was in contact with ... [ More ] | | We shipped the car in a closed carrier. Not open. The 300 more was due to that vehicle was moved for a closed price. By the way that rate was 300.00 below market value. The car being late was because the car was not available at the port where the car was picked up and we also payed out 50.00 dollars for the customer. She forgot to mention that as well. We are sorry for her window being cracked open a bit. Yet we are dealing with an older vehicle where the window may have gone down on its own due to vibration over 3000 miles. I am sorry we actually spent 50.00 dollars of our own money to get the car. [ view ] |
