Paul answer every single phone calls and email of his.Throughout the whole process Bill was contacting Paul few times a day just to crack jokes and have an entertainment. Unfortunately, once,Paul did not answer Bills call because he was assisting another customer,which result in Bill calling back using very bad profanity and cursing Paul out.If there was very bad communication on our behalf as Bill stated,then his vehicle would still be sitting on Central Dispatch board ,waiting to be picked up . We go out of our way to ship his car. Answer every single phone call and email from him. We did go down on price and cut deposit in half on his request. Dispatcher assign truck to move his vehicles on June 14th but he wasn't happy because he want driver to hold his vehicle for 4 days before he can accept delivery . Driver cannot hold and store customer vehicle.So Mr. Hiep refuse that driver and we have to cancel the dispatch. We start all over.Than the following day suddenly he call us and cancel the order while dispatcher was working on assigning another driver for him. We did give Mr Hiep very good price and excellent customer service, he canceled order in the middle of process without reason and post bad review. I guess , some people, no meter how much you do for them will turn around and stab you in the back. Just because.Thank you Hiep.We wish you good night sleep.
