We were not originally aware of this and after being told by a few drivers that it is impossible to get a big rig on the island we called him and told him we have a truck available but only if he can bring the vehicle off the island. He agreed. The following day he changed his mind. I am not clear who Michael is claiming asked him for more money but we did not and as far as we talked to the driver he never did either, he just mentioned how much it would cost to send a local truck on the island. Michael did call our office harassing our employees, then he would call back 5 minutes later, repeating this for about 1/2 hour. he did this for about 1 week and only stopped when we told him we would have to call the police. I had read the reviews and read a few good ones and a few bad, but I figured since they were so chap I'd go with them.
It took less than three days for them ... [ More ] | | Not correct. Michelle Thompson (650-245-4947) did not note any damage on the delivery paperwork and paid the carrier in full at delivery. A few days later she called saying there were a couple of scratches on her roof. We directed her to our contract and told her we would send her the carrier's insurance but it would be hard to prove damages at this point. As expected the insurance company denied the claim. What Franklin Liu (206-459-1485) did not mention is that he could not receive the vehicle in TN until after the 27th. Since transit takes 6-7 days, the vehicle could not be picked up before the 21st. He cancelled on the morning of the 22nd. What is frustrating is that we had at least 10 trucks that could have picked up this vehicle the prior week but all of them would have arrived at destination before the 27th.
