    Response:Guarav was looking to ship his vehicle in a very timely manor when I spoke to him the first time. He was looking to move his Jeep out of San Diego to Washington DC and I had a carrier picking up another vehicle the next day running the same route. That was Tuesday the 8/17. I relayed the info from the carrier that it would not be moved till Friday the 20th and would be dropped off the 26th or 27th. He was completely fine with this. All was on schedule until the truck broke down in TX. I relayed the delay to Guarav. Of course he was upset with the unexpected. Upon drop off on Tues. 31st, the carrier mentioned that it was my fault for not allotting the correct amount of time for the move. I just relayed all information provided to me to my customers.
