This was a long haul and the gas prices were going up at the time. these are some of the things that we cannot control in the industry. So when you fill out a request on the one site, it goes to ab... You were in such a hurry to get the vehicle moved by calling me several times a day that I had no option but to instruct dispatch to call trucks to see what they would move it for! Just because a car does not get moved at the bid we have on the board one day doesn't mean it won't get moved the next day at that same rate (this is called AVAILABLE TRUCK SPACE). I told you prepaying your entire balance up front could lead to a delay in transport because trucks typically want COD. I am happy you got your vehicle moved and happy you found a broker who THINKS he knows how and when we pay our trucks. Some routes are harder to find transport for, that is why we do not charge you anything up front to search for a carrier. I checked the notes and we communicated through email and phone many times.
