Response:	We were late due to the fact that one of our trucks had a hydraulic problem on his trailer. We had the vehicle in house before the time frame, but we could not deliver the vehicle until the trailer was fixed. By the time that the truck trailer got fixed and transit back to California, there was a delay upon delivery. We cannot control certain mechanical problems that appear and we normally deliver the vehicle as quickly as we can. [ view ]

Response:	We transported this customer's vehicle from Georgia to California. We stated on the bill of the lading numerous scratches that were there at the time of pick up. On our bill of lading we stated that the scratches were there before in which they signed for. They did not want to sign due to the fact that they were under the assumption that it was a new damage. We have photos to provide that the damages were there before. As far as our drivers not speaking English, this is incorrect. Their English is not perfect but we do not hire people upon how great their English is, instead we hire professional drivers with no bad driving record. This customer was dishonest from the beginning, and tried to negotiate to pay less for the transit. We advised the customer at the time of the pickup it would be a COD. She therefore did not have the COD ready on hand is why she forming complain. We delivered the vehicle in six days, in which we advised 7 - 10 days. [ view ]

Response:	I apologize if we have caused inconvenience during your transport. You forgot to mention that you were unreachable for several days since pickup where your excuse was you have never received a call from us. We are a company located in southern California and your vehicle was supposedly delivered to northern California in Dublin. It is almost 400~450 miles of driving up to where you were and there is no way for us to go there to make an attempt to deliver your vehicle without making a confirmation with you. We notified you when the vehicle arrived in southern California on 4/12 which we only took 4 days to transport from GA. We had to wait another 6 days until you respond our numerous messages. I don’t see why our company need to take blames when you were the one who caused all the problems. Also when we picked up your vehicle we were there on time waiting for you three hours and there goes another lie that we were late on pick up. I highly suggest you to get your story straight.
