We sent a 3 car carrier to you first, you refused the service saying the carrier was to big ; You wanted a flat bed. We sent you a flat bed which arrive to your location a little late because getting to your location was hard to find. Once he arrive you refused that flat bed bc he did not come 1 hour before, now you called us and wanted a tow truck to pick you up. We do not know if you were playing games with us, but its people like you Eric Wall who makes a bad name for small business. People like Eric Wall and the guy who poured coffee on himself to sue McDonalds to claim there was no warning label on the cups, makes all of us good businesses practice look bad. The driver did past your drop to deliver another vehicle because it was easier for him to not off load then reload vehicles. The driver did inform you about that and that is what mad you upset. We understand, but our customer service to you was great we spoke to you every time you called even returned your calls when you left voice-mails. All in all we thought you were happy until now when you left this review.

[ More ] | | This quote from your review just made every one know this is a false review. Your trying to defend yourself using the reverse psychology rule. "While this might sound unbelievable I assure you that it is the complete truth. There are plenty of other services to use to ship your vehicle so BE FOREWARNED. This company should be AVOIDED AT ALL COST. You can be assured that I plan to follow up with the appropriate authorities to report them so that no one else needs to deal with this humiliation."
If you read every review from other clients you will see that its all about the top customer service that was given.
You could at least stated that Pete Sanders said all of this to you or one of the five mangers name to have more creditably. But there is no Mathew that works at Best Auto Shipper.
Best Auto Shipper is appalled that you would go the lengths to try to bad mouth the company. We can not stop you or anyone from voicing their opinion and/or writing false reviews.
I am not in a position to defend Best Auto Shipper from this False statement and/or any others, but you could have come up with better believable review than this one.
Mintz, Best Auto Shipper will print and highlight this review to give to the entire staff to show them the proof that there is people out there just trying to do all that they can to bring down a good company.

We found two different drivers for you for your original pick up date on July 2, 2011 and you did not want those drivers because you wanted to change your pick up date. We said okay. The you asked us to find you a driver for July 7, 2011 pick up. So we did, we had a confirmed drivers for that date. Then all of sudden Dimitri you did not want to transport your vehicle on that date as well, you request to change your pick up date to July 13, 2011. Then later that day you called back and said there was a change of plans and your vehicle can be picked up. By that time our confirm driver left your area. We told you after you changed your date on us again we could not guarantee anything anymore since you keep changing your date on us.
