Yes i originally quoted you $1200 to ship 3 vehicles 1100 miles. I had a carrier in place only to cancel on me the next day. That happened with 3 different carriers. Upon the third cancelation i called and adivise you of the situation. Fuel pricing skyrocketted to its highest level in a decade. You told me to proceed. You were scheduled for a dec 28th/29th pick up with a sunday January 2nd drop off. I followed up with you and the carrier and everything was set. Unfortunately i scheduled my vacation for dec 27th to Jan 3rd. Both you and the carrier had my cell number and i assumed all was well because i didnt get any calls from either of you. i apologized for not following up better and u can beleive this will never happen again. | Excellent Company | | Awesome Auto Transporters did an excellent job with shipping my SUV. Their pricing was very competetive and they picked up and delivered when they said they would. Kevin was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I would definately use them again.

We had a problem with other customers not being ready for us and arriving late to the pick up sites and the Los Angeles traffic didnt help either.
