| Corrupt Logistic Service | | I totally agree with many customer complaints posted here because it's my personal experience with Available Logistics. They are NOT UP FRONT about being a Broker. They throw the contract at you and say read it.....this is just the beginning of bait.... [ More ] | | It is too bad that the custoimer overloaded the car and went totally against what he was told, not to place anything in the front, but I guess he wanted to do what he wanted ???????? The contract calls for a charge of up to $200.00 if the customer overloads the car, this is not a moving van. It was cleared with the customer prior to pickup that the driver requested additional money to move the vehicle and that he could opt ou and continue to wait for another truck at the quoted price. It is too bad that the customer was so lazy that he could not read the contract but was able to sign and agree with it.
None of the extra money went to us, it was given to the driver and this can be proven. It is too bad that the customer wanted to get the move for nothing. [ view ] |

These guys used to operate under tristar trucking. They got bad review for Tristar and they started to operate under Avaiable logistic. Check tristar trucking for further reveiw of these people .
I receive email from mike@tristartrucking.net but ... [ More ] | | The car was not shipped and the deposit in full was refunded due to all the threats and slanderous remarks.He has continued his extortion threats and we have informed the proper authorities.
This customer is a student of the university of texas and a member of unn, this car was never shipped even though a trucker GMC trucking called to make the arrangement for pickup. We have offered to refund his deposit if he would remove the negative review which does not even apply to the order, he has been trying to extort us for large amounts of money, we are in the process of going to INS and the authorities to report this individual.
It should also be known that this customer booked this car with 3 other companies at the same time and is doing the same underhanded things with them.
Mike@tristartrucking.net worked for several different companies, not only Available.

The main one was the web site used did not give me the option to in put vehicles running status and I didn't catch this in the contract. Vehicle was picked up on time and the driver didn't have a winch so h... [ More ] | | There is certainly a place on the forms to indicate whether the car runs or not., this is just an excuse that the customer is making, the poor driver went to pickup the car on the premise that the car ran, if we would have known that it did not run we could have sent a truck with a winch. Every site that this customer could go to indicates running or not running.
We did nothing wrong the customer did not tell us the truth about the car so that we could have sent the proper truck, but I guess that deceiving us was easier and would save him money.
Needless to say a deceiving customer such as this should not be shipping cars and deceiving the transporters by his lies.
