to the damage to her tire. However it was impossible to
asses who caused the damage Mrs. Almrud or the driver because driver had noticed on pickup that the air pressure was low . It is possible the tire was ruptured prior to us picking the car up, and the driver missed it. In any case because we decided that since we are one of the most reputable transporters we will give Mrs Almrud the benefit of the doubt and pay for Mrs. Almruds tire . Meanwhile Mrs. Almrud sends us a bill for $ 719.00 and says we owe her this amount for the tire . No transport company will pay any claim without final approval from the transport company . Tires are the easiest to price out because
they are widely available to everyone and are basically numbered. Her exact tire is 294.00 plus 20-30 installation through www.tirerack.com No one authorized her to take this car to the Porsche store and charged her double for the same tire . As customer she has the right to go to the most expansive store she wants ,however we will not pay $ 719.00 for a tire that we can purchase for $ 294.00.
She has not mentioned to you that Autobahn has reimbursed her more than adequately for this claim
we covered $ 350.00 which we reimbursed her for that tire in full , since she moves her car coast to coast frequently
We added additional 10 % off of her next trip to NY which is $219.00 off totaling out to $ 569.00
None of this was mentioned in her complaint . She got ripped off by the dealership now she is
Upset at us , she is being very unfair dishonest about her review. Please remove that review
