[ More ] | | This customer just bought a vehicle in another country and did not know she had to pay import fees, customs brokering fees and other fees associated with importing a vehicle from Canada to the US and when we tried to help her and explain this to her she tried to cancel her e-bay transaction. She could not cancel it and was obligated to pay for the car she bought online in Canada and then called us to help her.
