| Pleasure to work with & excellent customer service. | | I had used a couple of other companies in the past. Auto Moving Group was by far the best I’ve worked with.
They have the best customer service out of any of other companies I have used fast quotes and quick pickups.

It has been another month and still no money in my account and no phone calls have been ... [ More ] | | The thought of this site being "IN" on our "scam" is funny in itself. We did nothing wrong in your matter. You have already disputed your charge with us and are not due back double compensation. That being said, we had several companies to pick-up your vehicle. You failed to mention that you had given us a window, and within that window were not available on numerous attempts to have your vehicle loaded.You then started giving us 2 and 3 day windows of when you will be "back in town" and expected us to have to meet those dates. Auto Transport does not and never will work like that. I give a very detailed explanation both on the phone, on my website and in my emails of how this process works. I appologize that I could not meet your standards of time specifications but I do not have magic drivers in my back pocket. ALL of our reviews are real both good and bad. We are a new company, but strive to get better everyday. In addition to the 2 or 3 customers that were not satisfied, I have hundreds of customers that were more than satisfied. Unfortunatelly, not everyone has the time to post good reviews.When I spoke to you about this you seemed to understand all of this fine. I never dodged your phone calls or emails. You have actually never once before this written a review to be deleted so I dont know where you are getting any of this from. I am sorry you feel you did not have a good experience, but are welcome to write me an email letting me know what went wrong so I can work on fixing it in the future. [ view ] |

| HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT REFUND DEPOSIT | | WONT REFUND DEPOSIT NOR HEAR FROM THEM. THEY DIDN'T DO A JOB THEY WERE PAID TO DO, THEN DOESNT RESPOND TO MY CERTIFIED LETTER THAT THEY REQUESTED NOR RETURN ANY PHONE CALLS. LIES AFTER LIES. PROMISES AFTER PROMISES. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO ALL AG... [ More ] | | In response to Lynns complaint. We had 4 different companies available within the 3 day window alotted. She refused all 4 in hopes of getting it loaded on a specific day. The certified letter came in later than she was supposed to send and it. In addition to all of that she was booked with 3 seperate brokers after she had already signed our contract and paid the deposit. We did everything as promised but nothing was good enough. I have been in contact with Lynn as well as her husband throughout the entire process. He tld me she refused the drivers because she was hoping to get it on an exact date. This is a ridiculous accusation as I have proof of all of the companies . I even had a driver for her for the next day within her window. We have not avoided one call but we cannot do all the work we have done and refund a customer when we did the job were supposed to do. Lynn is entitled to a full $150.00 credit towards her next move and I hope she takes advantage of it. I try to please evryone but sometimes it is impossible. Hopefully she will give us a chan ce to make it right. I have all the supporting documents in case Transport Review need me to post them as everything was documented. [ view ] |

I checked the reviews & contacted several companies! This particular company Auto Moving Group LLC wa... [ More ] | | This is in response to Tamarons Assault on the integrity of Auto Moving Group. She had contracted us to pick-up her sons vehicle. Everything was going just fine until our fax was having issues. She had called in and said she tried faxing the paperwork but it wasnt going through. I had told her I sent my partner to go get a new toner as I thought that was the problem. Instead, we ended up buying a brand new fax. When I told Tamaron the fax would be in in a couple of hours she became irrate and said she wanted to cancel the job. I had told her that since we were still under contract, the deposit was non-refundable but I had a driver and everything was fine and we were handleling the fax issue right away. She responded by telling me that she wished she could meet me in person to "show me a thing or two". Really? Over a broken fax? Being a new company and receiving a negative review for such a minor problem, I tried contacting Tamaron even though I was not obligated to refund her deposit in return for her to remove the complaint. She procceded to hang up on my face. I have never "harrassed Tamaron. I never onced dodged an email or phone call and kept her up to date with her transport the whole time. Its unfortunate that for such a minor problem that could have happened to anyone, she decided to post a negtive review. I do my best to handle every transport as if it was my own. I apologize for my fax not working but I held up my end of the bargain, but I guess you just cant please everyone. Hopefully in the future this kind of situation would not arise but we are a great company and to the contrary of what she is describing, I am very patient and honest wth all of my cusomers. Tamaron is welcome to try us out again so we can prove that we are a great and reliable company. [ view ] |
