[ More ] | | First, I would like to apologize for any miscommunication, but what the
customer failed to mention was I found her a reputable carrier at a very
discounted rate, I worked diligently on her order, and got her pick up at
26 cents a mile while the market value on this route was 38 cents a mile,
I had her picked up in 24 hours and delivered across country in 6 days,
unfortunately when the driver got to D.C., the mail highway was having
construction and would not let the carrier through, therefore customer was
forced to get transportation to meet the driver and wanted me to endure
the cost of $60.00 not $100.00 in what it cost her to get there via taxi.,
How is this Auto Central Direct's fault? I do not know. Refund was never
promised as it was explained how can I help the main highway was under
construction and not letting certain rigs through. Our recored speaks for
itself, customer is number 1 and if we have any faults we have no
hesitation to give refund, in this case refund was not warranted.

He told me he would ship my car for the same cost as the other company, but give the carrier $50 more so it would ship promptly. He told me to call the ne... Even if we did which we couldnt find we obviously didnt take any funds from
the customer and we were looking for a carrier for the price that he
was looking for.
We would recommend him higher if it was the scenario.
So we never had a customer like that and 2 even if we did we didnt charge

some good points but is LEAVING OUT SOME KEY FACTS. When Freddie contacted us, he clearly stated that this was a mustang lx, I had a driver to him by the next day so at that point we did charged his card, the driver called
us at that point to tell us it WAS NOT a Mustang LX, and it was a MUSTANG
MACH ONE which is a BIGGER vehicle, and did not fit on his carrier, so at
this point the card was charged because we had it dispatched at what
Freddie told us the make and model of the car was, that was Freddie's
fault not ours, so after the driver drove 500 miles out of his way to pick
up a different car Freddie stated it was he was forced to leave empty
handed, minus the fuel and time he spent to pick up. So we put him back on
the board and ANOTHER carrier called and said he would pick up the MUSTANG MACH ONE but he wanted additonal money, keep in mind the 1st carrier was doing it at what he was quoted for what Freddie said was MUSTAND LX NOT A MUSTANG MACH ONE, so yes the second carrier wanted more money. Against better judgement we moved forward with Freddie, which proved hurtful for all parties involved. We take full responsibility for any stress or heartache caused in this matter. We as a company will learn and grow from this and have faith that this review will show all of our reviews are legitimate, uncompensated and done out of kindness. We wish Freddie the best moving forward and hope he can find peace in this process.

I am not sure why the person that they spoke to said it will be refunded to them that day, because refunds can take up to 10 days. Everything has to be reviewed first, and then it takes the merchant company to process the refund 48 hours.
We are sorry we were unable to help Ms. Sizemore with their car transport.
The customers deposit was fully refunded.
