Customer requirements were very weird and not reasonable at all. Despite we have assigned him a driver for a price determined and in accordance with the agreement.

| Ripoff | | If you like losing your money and dealing with foreigners call Auto Car Transport. Sure they gave me a good quote and took my credit card and charged it, but then could not find a driver. Try to call them and you will get your call cut off while on... [ More ] | | The schedule for pick-up on the Order was 09/09/2010. And we got him a driver on 09/10/2010 ... What's wrong with this person ... Is this effect of the accident he was involved in it ... or just a damaged personality???... List of our satisfied customer will be available as request.
If we knew that we have contact with a liar Customer, We were not dealing with him in advance!!! The Customer contacts us after his vehicle was involved in a traffic accident, with the crushed front and locked wheel. Customer told in advance that it would take us 1-4 business days in order to assign him a driver. Despite what is said, the client called us several times every day to ask about the status of his order.
The sales rep. and the dispatch were in contact with the customer several times. And each time was told that we’re working to assign him a driver.

| CROOKS! | | They are crooks. We paid them to have a vehicle shipped from one state to the other... but they never showed up to pick up the vehicle!
After calling and trying to get a hold of a live person... their response was "Sorry for the inconvenianc... [ More ] | | David doesn’t tell the truth on purpose to cause harm to our company and we reserve our right to legal action to sue him for defamation and causing intentional damage.
I never spoke with David until after receiving the email telling lies and slanders.
All our conversations was with David's sister, whose name is on the Order, the last call was to inform her that we have a driver for her.
As per our agreement, if a customer wants to cancel his order in accordance with the terms of the agreement, he should send the request via email and we'll refund the money as agree.
Request to cancel the Order of service came to us via email after the driver was assigned and the customer claimed that he found another company which they’re willing to pick-up his vehicle at the same day and deliver it to the destination within three days. The distance from Pick-up to Delivery is 2150 Miles and can’t be delivered waiting 3 days.

| Took my deposit and called 11 days late. | | I was assigned a representative that promised to pick up my cars on a specific date. She said she needed a $350.00 deposit which I gave them. She promised me I would get back my deposit if I she couldn't get me a driver as scheduled. She told me sh... [ More ] | | Yes, we admit that sometimes it would take more than usual to assign a driver from many of reasons, but, the facts speak for themselves, with thousands of our satisfied customers. We can prove our ability at all times. The customer has the right to cancel his order by sending us an email informing about this. This Customer was never sending us any cancellation email or told us to stop assigned him a driver, and only after we have assigned him a driver he informed us that he does not want our services anymore. Unfortunately, the cancellation was contrary to our agreement and the customer is not eligible for refund. [ view ] |

[ More ] | | Unfortunately we are witness to another fact of the price that each of us have to pay for the modernization and lack of control in what was being said and written by people on the internet and everyone is entitled to express his personal opinion can do it easily even if they are not accurate and can cause damage without fear, aiming there is no such thing as Internet police.
Unfortunately I had to respond to this article to protect our reputation and multitude of our satisfied customers:
Compared with what was said by the customer on the article, we have full documentation recording and backup for all the facts and what was said by us and the customer. Including copies of emails correspondence with the customer and emails that can easily contradict the words was told by the customer on his article.
Customer decided to use the irrelevant reason for his leaving Seattle as a promotion to strengthen the inaccuracy facts and his lies that were said in deliberately to harm our good reputation.
All that was said by us was sent to the customer via email and the customer was agree to the terms and conditioned of our agreement and was approved by his signature!
Our local Phone number appears on any document that we’re sending to our customers, as well as our direct telephone number which is appears on the phone’s screen when we call to the customer, so there is no reason to look for our phone number online.
It is true that we have decided to cut off the toll free number in order to reduce operating costs and offer customers attractive and competitive prices and in accordance with the economic situation in the U.S. in general.
There are numbers of alternative phone numbers appearing on each of our documents that we’re sending to the customer every day and it’s easy to reach us at any time.
Email sent to the customer before the decision to go with us, the customer was asked specifically what the height of the vehicle is. And the customer said I am sure it is less than 6.5 ft. as I can clear parking garages with no problem.
Also on a phone call with the customer before assigning him a driver I asked him once again what is the height of the vehicle aimed at the driver asked me to do so before agreeing to pick-up this van and I was told by the customer as it was mentioned above by e-mail and she was convinced that the vehicle is not taller than 6 ft.
On May 5, 2010 We assigned her a driver which was agree to pick-up her vehicle in a condition that the vehicle is not higher than 6’ and we sent her an email to confirm the pick-up day includes the driver's name and his phone number.
On a responding email that was sent to us by the customer on Saturday, May 08, 2010 2:32 PM, Stated explicitly that The driver called me immediately after my phone call with Avi to ask me the height of my vehicle, and let me know he would be picking up my van in Seattle this weekend.
After reviewing that information received by the customer, the driver decided to cancel this pick-up and the problematic transport.
Notwithstanding the above, we decided to look for a driver who will agree to move the vehicle as it is, at a reasonable price. And a week later we called again to inform the customer that we have another driver for him, but the customer refused to talk to us at this time. And decided to contact the credit card company to dispute this transaction and ask for charge back.
After reviewing all the facts through the credit card company and presenting documents that was certifying the authenticity of what we say here, the credit card company has decided not to accept the claims of the customer.
All I have left to assume is the customer’s anger comes from hurt feeling of losing his case; and its stems from the desire to damage our good reputation in any possible way.
At this time we don’t want to take legal action for this customer, but we reserve the right to continue to do so if the customer will keep throwing mud on our good reputation.

| Wrong p/u date but got it done | | After some disagreement about the date that the car was authorized for pickup, the car got picked up and delivered promptly. Avi, the dispatcher, was the best. HE GOT IT DONE!!
